News & Updates: Get to know our redesigned, improved and beautified module

Recently, we announced via our Konsento newsletter and website that we have been launched with our new platform since Fall 2021 and have already had several new clients experience fast and simple onboarding on it. The new Konsento platform has been developed from scratch and we continue to work on new features for our clientele. The focus remains on usability and convenience to enable straightforward efficient corporate governance.

Our revamped News & Updates module is an example of continuous development and is available now. The module has new and revised features to share corporate news with investors. "News & Updates" thereby simplifies the communication of your company with your investors. Thanks to new options for editing and designing the messages, this is now done with improved usability.

Confidential information can be entered with an intuitive state-of-the-art text editor, and attachments (e.g. PDFs) can be easily uploaded and attached. The module also allows you to select the recipients of your message. This way, the information not only remains in a secure closed environment, but is also only visible to the eyes for which a message is intended. For example, you can distinguish between existing and interested new investors or between shareholders, holders of participation certificates and convertible lenders. Since it is even possible to select individual investors, you can also share certain news and updates only with employees who have a stake in the company via an ESOP, or members of the board of directors. Another helpful feature are tags. They allow you to categorize and filter news and updates by certain keywords, which can be freely defined. The news can be saved as a draft and published at a later time. Another highlight is the preview function, which allows a final check before sending.

News & Updates enhance corporate governance and improve investor relations for the following reasons

  • more transparency towards investors about the course of business
  • safeguarding the interests of investors
  • better decision-making possibilities for future investments
  • Targeted cooperation between the company and investors, which can contribute substantially to increasing the value of the company
  • Better control of shareholders over founders and board of directors or board of directors over management, etc.
  • Encourage interested parties to participate in AGMs or other activities, thereby strengthening their involvement

You can try out the new News & Updates feature for yourself right now.
Or do you have questions about the new features or our services? Don't hesitate to contact uswith any questions or requests about our platform and Konsento. We are looking forward to a conversation with you.
