Prof. Dr. Alexander Klaussner
Advisory Board
Prof. Dr. Alexander Klaußner is professor of sports and event management at the Macromedia University of Media and Communication (mhmk) on the Munich and Berlin campuses. He focuses on “organization and leadership” as well as “team leadership and personnel development”.
He is a managing partner of various outdoor companies and a management consultant in an international environment.
Prof. Dr. Alexander Klaußner advises Konsento on strategy, market development and communication.
David Mösch
Partner
David Mösch is a notary in Bern and a lawyer at gbf Rechtsanwälte AG. He is active in corporate and commercial law, insurance and regulatory law, both in an advisory, notarizing and litigation capacity. He regularly carries out notarizations of mergers, foundings, capital changes and revisions of the statutes.
David Mösch supports Konsento in the digitalization of corporate and notarization law processes.
Harald Schnabel
Advisory Board
Harald Schnabel is co-founder and chairman of the board of directors at Global Green Xchange AG and on the advisory board of Cashare AG. Previously, he was CEO of BX Swiss AG and chairman of the board of EUWAX AG in Stuttgart.
Harald Schnabel's core competence lies in strategic management consulting.
He has extensive know-how, particularly with regard to platform models, which he applied during his 30 years at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange and during the reconstruction of the BX Swiss (Berne Stock Exchange).
Harald Schnabel advises Konsento on corporate development issues.
Dr. iur. Nando Stauffer von May
Partner
Nando Stauffer von May is a notary in Bern and a lawyer at gbf Rechtsanwälte AG. He is active in corporate and commercial law, data protection law as well as transport and insurance law, both in an advisory, notarizing and litigation capacity. He regularly carries out notarizations of mergers, foundings, capital changes and revisions of the statutes of companies in German and French-speaking Switzerland.

Dr. Tina Störmer
Advisory Board
After studying real estate economics and completing her doctorate in business administration at the University of St. Gallen (Dr. oec. HSG), Tina Störmer began her career at Allianz Germany. In 2015 she moved to Swiss Life and most recently served as CEO Germany and member of the executive board of Swiss Life Asset Managers. Tina Störmer currently carries out consulting mandates in corporate and organizational consulting and works as an investor.
Tina Störmer supports Konsento in questions of strategy and market development.
Marco Fehr
Advisory Board
Marco Fehr is a lawyer and founder and CEO of Fehr Legal Advice. His focus is on providing legal advice to startups in the areas of corporate law, startup financing, contract law, data protection and intellectual property. He works on various legal tech products that enable startups to obtain professional legal advice cost-effectively and automate recurring administrative tasks.
In addition, Marco Fehr Konsento supports process automation, especially in connection with employee participation programs (ESOP, PSOP).
Dr. iur. Pascal Zysset
Advisory Board
Pascal Zysset is a lawyer and notary in the Häusermann + Partner team in Bern and specializes in corporate law, regulatory issues in financial market law and contract law, especially advising start-ups.
He studied law at the University of Bern and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a lecturer in Compliance & Corporate Governance at the Swiss Fernfachhochschule and was a lecturer at the University of Bern.
Pascal Zysset advises Konsento on the digitalization of corporate and notarization law issues.
Sascha Gysel
Advisory Board
Sascha Gysel is co-founder of Trenda, a Swiss start-up in the field of business intelligence and trend scouting.
He holds Master of Arts degrees from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Business Innovation and Master of Science in International Management (CEMS). In addition to professional positions in management consulting (Accenture) and in the areas of innovation and trends scouting (UBS), he most recently led the e.foresight trend scouting team at Swisscom Banking. He has received ongoing training in the areas of digitalization strategy (CAS Chief Digital Officer) and cyber security (Cyber Security Specialist EFH).
Sascha Gysel supports Konsento as an advisor on questions about cyber security, IT architecture and digital business models.
Fredy R. Flury
Advisory Board
Fredy R. Flury is CEO and Managing Partner at Tavis Capital AG and founder and CEO at 8FS AG as well as a board member at fedafin AG (FINMA-recognized rating agency).
He brings more than 35 years of experience in the capital markets in various functions at UBS, ABN Amro, Raiffeisen and Vontobel.
As a co-founder of the financing platform cosmofunding, he also has extensive know-how in the area of platform models.
